I'm so jiggly!

I'm almost down to 50 lbs lost and I've noticed an amusing aspect of all my hard work. My remaining fat has changed from somewhat firm to soft and jiggly.

My understanding is that the dangerous visceral fat that surrounds your organs is what makes your stomach somewhat firm when you're overweight. The remaining subcutaneous fat is superficial, softer, and unbelievably jiggly.
