Right now my biggest goal is to be under 200 pounds with my highest weight being 296 pounds but yesterday during my weekly weigh in at 245 I nearly cried I was so happy. I have finally found a diet plan that works for me by cutting out a a most carbs, sugar, and keeping to a calorie rang of 1200-1500 a day.
Recently I joined a gym as well as joining in on global challenges with my Samsung fitness app (has brought out a competitive side in me as well).
I know that I still have a long way to go but the past year has been a long journey on the path to a good place in both physical and mental health and I am on my way!
