Has anyone found 1200 calories didn't work for them?

So it is working for me - I am losing weight, there's no doubt about it.

But when I was aiming for 1500/1650 right at the start of this, I wasn't tired, yawning all the time, no energy, just wanting to sleep all of the time. I'm being forgetful almost to the point of carelessness.

I work in an office and I do an astoundingly low amount of steps every day, but I'm swimming 3-4 times a week for around an hour each time, generally burning in the region of 500-800 calories each time.

I'm just tired! I'm so tired. I can do 1200, it's going fine. I don't feel hungry or particularly restricted by it. I think I'm eating a nutritious diet, on the main part (sometimes I waste calories on crap, but I stay within the 1200.)

Swimming is feeling a lot harder, too. I dunno.

Any advice on what I should be doing at this point?
