Hey guys so ive started jogging/ walking. im walking most and jogging for around 200m then walking but whats stopping me from going further is this pain ive had for a very long time, it feels like it surges along the outter of my left sole, ive made a really shitty diagram, does anybody else know a really good way to get rid of this? it just will not go.
I've crudely drawn pretty much where i feel the pain. im trash at using reddit for posting links too.
right now im trying the rolling a ball along the arch of my feet to stretch the muscles but they just ache so much.
