As the title suggests, started weightloss since early May and dropped 10 pounds (fluctuates a bit but that seems to be the average). I have not started a cardio routine yet but my eating habits have been very different compared to before. Recently discovered what may be preventing me from losing more, and much of it had to do with a LOT of condiments on sandwiches I'd prepare.
I missed the way I used to look a few years ago. Can't remember my exact weight but I just felt amazing and beautiful. I want to have that again and I want to get to that point by the end of 2018.
