30lbs with CICO and BWF

5'9" 26 y/o M. Ate about 1500 calories a day the first month. The second month was not as great as the first because of a vacation. Got a great tan though. Went back to 1500 calories a day the third month and got a better rate. I typically only ate 2 meals a day; lunch and dinner.

My exercises was exclusively calisthenics. There was no variation. Only push ups, pulls ups, and squats. I had a ton of muscle loss. My PR actually went down during the diet. I felt less pumped the last month.

If i was to do it again, I'lll try to avoid the muscle mass loss. Maybe by increasing protein or a higher calories intake or increase in meal frequency.
