Hey guys,
I'm over at my in-laws for dinner tonight so I'm going to keep this quick.
Month goals:
-Get to 272 lbs - 273 - going back down a bit.
-Walk/ take the dog for a walk 3 times a week. - More storms here today, havent been able to get him out today 2/3 on week.
-Stay within my calorie budget everyday. - ubder today.
-Continue my tracking streak from last month. - Day 117
