NSV/SV THE MURPH

So I've been doing this challenge at a local gym. I got to my heaviest weight of 407 lbs and was fed up with myself. In 4 weeks I've dropped 18 lbs, noticed a change in clothes and my body, and have done things I've never thought I would do. I've started learning about lifting and even deadlifted 185 lbs. But the biggest thing happened today where I completed The Murph Challenge. For those of you who don't know, the Murph is in memory of Lt. Michael Murphy and consists of a 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats, and another 1 mile run. Man was it hell. I didn't think I would ever finish the pull ups. But I did it all in 100 minutes. It's such a huge accomplishment and just feels so satisfying.
