how worried should someone be?

I’ve been reading a lot about weight loss recently, and one thing that keeps popping up is that losing weight too fast can cause gallbladder stones.

Now I’m kind of spiraling, lol. Every small stomach discomfort suddenly feels suspicious.

For people who’ve actually dealt with this or know more about it:

Is this something that happens only with extreme dieting?

How fast is “too fast” when it comes to losing weight?

What can someone do to keep their gallbladder healthy while cutting?

Are there any warning signs that the gallbladder is actually acting up?

Just trying to understand the reality vs. the scary stuff online. Any real experiences or advice would help a lot.

Thanks.
