24f, 120lbs. Goal weight is around 115 lbs. I’m fairly active (run about 15 miles per week (usually a couple 5ks and a 10ish mile long run, lift 5x a week).
My goal is to lose about 5lbs by Christmas. If I could lose slightly more, that might be preferable because for Christmas break (2weeks), I fully intend to average around 3000-4000 calories per day… which could mean gaining about 5-10 lbs of fat. So yes, I’m kind of planning to lose some lbs just to gain them right back.
I estimate my TDEE to be somewhere around 2200-2300. My plan is going to be to eat about 1800-2000 calories per day.
I’m worried about keeping this up though. I always struggle to maintain a defecit, especially because being active makes me pretty hungry. However, I know that doing so will make me happy, especially because it’ll mean more freedom during my xmas vacation.
Does this seem like an okay plan? How can I make sure I stick to it?
