Winter approaching - Lacking any Motivation

How do you combat the weather change?

It's starting to get gloomy here in the UK and I'm dreading to think of winter time. I just hate the cold. I started running in spring, but finding it sooo hard to motivate myself to do anything when it's cold and dark. Would love to keep up my endurance as genuinely enjoy running now, a life time goal of mine and quite frankly don't do much other cardio. I go to the gym, but it's more so the leaving the house to even get there that becomes the issue. But also, at the gym I find it very hard to run on the treadmill, much prefer outside.

Any tips would be very much appreciated as noticing my active minutes have significantly reduced and it's not even October/pouring down and I'm sooooo close to my goal weight!! 😅
