For just over two weeks now I’ve been doing cardio for 1 hour everyday + weights and changed my eating habits to substitute unhealthy foods for better ones. I’ve been eating a lot of fruit/vegetables instead of processed stuff. I currently weight 185, which is exactly how much I weighed when I first started working out. So…no weight loss at all. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong, I don’t know if it’s just too early for any change to happen but it’s very disheartening. I’m also disabled, I can’t run due to joint/mobility issues so I walk at an incline and bike when my joints are in too much pain. Am I just too early into this to see change? When did most of you see the scale start to shift? Does anyone have any tips?
