Hey folks
Two months back I kicked things off at 96kg now I m sitting at 88kg Honestly Im pretty proud My clothes hug me better my energy s way up and wild as it sounds Ive actually started to enjoy going for walks again something I hadn t felt in years
But lately The scales frozen Same meals same steps same consistency yet no movement for a couple of weeks now
Is this just part of the process Do I tweak things or stay steady and trust that my body just recalibrating
Still feeling driven, just hitting a wall Any insight or encouragement from someone who been in this spot would really go a long way.
