30F 5'3 SW: 97kg CW 95.5kg
I've been on a 1500cal/day since Monday and twice I've had a little dizzy spell (having the second one now). I don't feel like I could faint, but it feels very uncomfortable. My TDEE is putting me at 2000cals for maintenance, so 1500 seemed nice and steady to sustain and I haven't been exercising yet. I've been eating good homecooked food, balanced macros and reduced ultra processed things to a minimum, 3 meals a day and about 1.7L of water (a vast improvement on my hydration) and I thought I should be feeling good, if anything. Is my deficit still too high even making me lose just a pound a week? Has anyone had dizzy spells under these circumstances?
