Hi, so I'm a 5'0" female and currently at 153 pounds. I eventually want to get back to my old weight of 115 and ideally 110 (a lot to lose I know :,)
I was wondering if I could get some advice on what to adjust considering timing if I was to intermitten fast. But there's also a small problem. I have a toddler and because of that I tend to eat dinner very late. I'll eat after I put her down for bed and put things away. It's my one warm, calm meal in the day and I'll normally eat just one small sweet treat to end the night on. While I can remove the sweet treat, I'm really hesitant on moving up the dinner because I really do need that one peaceful dinner. If I walk on the treadmill after for 30 min (or more if needed), would it be okay? This is my current routine (trust me, I know its all over the place hence I need the advice on what to follow)
10:00 a.m. one cracker and water because I have to take iron vitamins and it makes me feel weird on an empty stomach. (I also take vitamin d and b12 because of deficiencies)
1:00 p.m. a light lunch or only a protein shake
5:00 p.m. I usually feed my toddler and end up taking a bite or two to finish whatever is on her plate.
10:00 p.m. dinner and treat
Activity level: not much, I have an office job. But I've started going to the gym 3 times a day for an hr. Recently got a treadmill for home so I can walk/jog every day even if stuck at home. Also working on my water intake because that was garbage. Any other advice to help lose the weight? I know some people recommend lemon water too. I'd also appreciate any excersizes/tips that focus on losing belly and chin fat.
