Should I be worried?

I will start from the beginning, so back in January of this year I was sitting at 240 and found out at the Dr that I had an extremely fatty liver. Dr told me I needed to change my diet and lose weight for the liver so I did. I started working out 6 days a week and running 3 times a week on a C25K program. I was counting calories and staying on schedule losing weight steadily until about a month ago I got stuck at 217. Well, i decided to increase the amount of cardio I was doing every day until one day I almost passed out after a 3 mi run. I figured maybe I was overdoing it so I took the rest of the week off. The next week I tried getting back into the swing of things and felt like I was getting light headed again so I stopped early and took another week off. I should mention I stopped counting calories and was eating pretty much whatever I felt like but no fast food for the weeks I took off from exercising. Well, yesterday I once again tried getting back into things and I still feel like something is off while I am lifting weights. I also noticed that today I am down to 208 lbs from the 217 I was stuck at before I stopped going to the gym and stopped restricting my diet. I guess what I am getting at is should I reach out to my doctor or...?
