Hello! So have about 3 weeks till a trip and want to lose weight. BW as a whole would be nice, especially around my waist area. I have stubborn love handles lol which is my main focus. I'm around 175-180 at around 59. I've been running everyday and trying to cut back on carbs.
My front abs aren't bad (nothing is showing but the fat is just a little bit), it seems like weight likes to go to my sides. If anyone knows about ab workouts that would help with this that would be great. I'm also working out to improve my vertical and speed. I would greatly appreciate any tips that y'all may have.
