I’m getting frustrated because I feel like it’s make it so hard for me to lose weight but extremely easy to gain it. About 8 years back I managed to lose 60 lbs but that was with dedication, rigorous exercise and an extremely clean diet (almost unhealthy because there was no balance). Unfortunately, I gained more than 1/2 of that weight back. Since starting my job as a nurse + additional walking I’ve only managed to lose 12 lbs in the last 8 months, my diet is definitely not as stringent as my first attempt to lose weight but it’s balanced and healthy. I clock in an average of 15-18,000 steps per day which is above average but I definitely expected to shed more weight by now. Just feeling discouraged.
