How do you guys reduce bloating? Some days I bloat like crazy and it’s so random. I can tell when I bloat because 1. I FEEL bloated when I wake up and 2. I can tell by how puffy and heavy my eyelids look. Yesterday I was only able to get one meal in (because braces) and it wasn’t anything crazy but today I woke up so bloated (also to mention the meal I had was like 10 hours before I even went to bed so technically the opposite should be happening?). It’s just so random so I’m wondering what you all do to help reduce it. also I’m not on my period
