I’ve always been chubby. I’m 170cm and used to weigh 75kg, now I’m at 56. the fat wasn’t evenly distributed on my body, most of it was stored around my hips and thighs, so this area became really flaccid after I dropped the weight. my boobs also became really saggy.
I’ve been going to the gym and eating healthy for 5 months, and recently I started noticing that my breasts aren’t really that saggy anymore, I can even wear some clothes that I couldn’t before. also, I can barely stretch the skin of my inner thighs now, let alone see any visible excess skin. I never really thought I’d be able to reverse loose skin naturally, but it seems like it’s really working :)
