SW: 318. GW: 275. (Normal weight)
I have about 43 lbs to lose before reaching my normal weight. I still can’t believe I reached 300 lbs this year. I have NEVER been this weight.
I’m hoping to lose at least 15 before the new year or even 10 and I’d be happy with that. I did lose 10 lbs a few times this year but always gained it back.
I’ve been going to the gym 3 days a week and occasionally swimming 2 days. I’m thinking of adding 3 days of swimming, and I should be having more rides soon as well, So I’m able to add more. I’ve been making shredded chicken, rice and veggies with cheese but I took a break from that. So starting tomorrow I will be meal prepping a family pack of chicken and rice. I got two huge boxes of rice so I’m good for a while! I’ve also been playing basketball at the YMCA and trying to go for more walks, I will start next week. I’m doing my best to be more active so hopefully this will help to lose more weight! It’s probably from doing the gym and staying at home during the day. This should be changing soon. I do have rides two days a week, but I’ll be getting more every day plus I take the bus when I go to the gym and I do weekly outings as well.
