What body fat percentage calculator do you use? (Women preferably)

So. I know there's three main calculators for body fat: calipers, neck/waist/(hips for women), and then there's the neck/waist/(wrist, forearm, hips for women).

Since I don't have calipers I just measured and did the calculators.

I got VASTLY different numbers between those two types so I'm confused. Like 12% difference. I have a hard time knowing which one is more accurate for my body because I have some body dysmorphia. I do know that just based on height and wrist measurements I'm considered a large frame. (My middle finger and thumb do not touch if I put them around my wrist.)

Because of the whole wrist thing, I'm more inclined to believe the neck/waist/(wrist, forearm, hips) but that's the smaller body fat percentage. Accepting the smaller percentage feels like a type of vanity sizing lol.

Is one more accurate than the other?

Do you know of a calculator that's roughly accurate?

Thanks!
