New job!!!

Greetings Loseit redditors! I posted here... well. A while ago. I'll be the first to admit that I didn't stick long to my run and SlimFast diet haha. But what's exciting for me is that I have a new job! And with that job... comes like 8 hours of exercise daily.

I work in a factory, we make foldable chairs and tables (at least that's what my building does.) My job consists of 4 blocks of activity, random to me so far since today was my 3rd day lol. One block is to place plastic seats and backings in rolling carts that I then walk to the different departments in my building. Another block is to reach up to the moving hooks in the ceiling (like a conveyor belt but hanging) and retrieve the metal legs that the backs and seats attach to. I pick 4 at a time so that's maybe 10 pounds, then I walk these over to the machine that puts caps on the end of the legs. And finally the 3rd block (since the 4th is usually a copy of the first) consists of me running the capped legs to the different departments as in first block.

I will call this Moderate Activity since I work up a sweat, and my feet are sore, but my arms feel like they can do more.

So guys I do have my SlimFast still and for the past 2 days I've been drinking it for breakfast while having a normal lunch and dinner. I was wondering if there are any suggestions for batch meals that I can freeze then heat up during work? Thanks so much for reading.

PS... I never realized moderate activity could make your skin warm! The blood rushing all your oxygen to your working muscles makes them warm. I guess that's why it's called a warm up! It was really pleasant to notice this and realize I'm working out at work.
