Over the last few months, I’ve been consuming nothing but junk food, fast food, and iced coffees. I’ve gained a few pounds and am TIRED OF IT. Everytime I try to start exercising and eating right, I fall off after a few days and go back to my old habits.
Today, I hopped on my bike and rode around for about an hour and I feel GREAT. But I know that the same thing is going to happen. I’m going to pack a healthy lunch tomorrow and by the end of the week, I am going to give into temptation and buy an iced coffee.
I need motivation to get the ball rolling and stay on the right path! Anything helps thanks!
