I (F/28/5'3) went from 62 kg to 54 kg from february to July. It was easy, I was only on college classes, my country was under complete lockdown, so I spent my days eating very balanced and working out SO MUCH. I had never worked out that much in my life, honestly, I have always been somewhat of a couch potato. So I did strength training, callisthenics, running, yoga, dancing, everything... I have never felt healthier and hotter, honestly!
Well, at the end of july I got a job at a news channel, as a news presenter. I adore my job, it's amazing. The only thing is, my routine changed COMPLETELY. Now I work all morning, then come home and do my usual college classes during the afternoon, and at night I'm too tired to move a muscle. I have started eating more junk food lately as well... and it shows. I now weigh 57kg and in my small frame you can start noticing the weight gain. Clothes fit differently too :(
I'm very stressed out because of my work and because of the fact that thousands of people see me on TV daily. I HAVE to stay slim and fit, but I just can't manage to work out again. My meal times have changed drastically too, and when I finally get to eat I have takeout generally, or I'm super hungry.
I want to go back to 54 and stay there. At least it's only 3kg. But I feel so disappointed on myself to have gained what I lost. I just hope I don't keep on gaining, that I get used to this new routine and this new life, and I can get to a balance between working out, working, eating healthily and resting. I don't even have the time to do yoga and even my back is hurting haha.
Any tips or motivation is very, very welcome! Thank you in advance!
