I’ve been needing to lose weight for a while now, and it’s started to negatively impact my physical and mental health. When I get a specific food craving, it’s usually for a starchy carb and its really hard to tell myself no! Well today I had a craving for tuna casserole, (weird, I know) but instead I made cabbage steaks. Like the title says, it’s a baby step but it’s also a victory for me regardless! I really crave savory foods, so if anyone that reads this feels like sharing recipes, I’d love to try them! Thanks if you made it this far.
