-20 year old
-230 LBS (pretty fat)
-5 foot 6
Fitness details:
-I try to consume 1,800-2,200 calories per day
-1 hour of weightlifting, 1-2 hours of walking per day
-Started weight lifting 2 and a half weeks ago (in case it is relevant)
My goal is to lose weight and gain as much muscle as possible. I am more determined than ever, so any rough tips I will take into account in a serious manner. For now, I am consuming 110-130g of protein a day (I am aware this may not be enough). I am a bit confused on how much protein to consume since I have a good amount of body fat, to say the least.
