23F SW: 346lbs CW: 307lbs GW: 180lbs
I've been steadily losing weight all of this year, but I actually started counting my calories in August and lost about 20 lbs in September. I had a depressive episode last month and binge ate a lot, but thankfully I didn't lose any of my progress, I just didn't lose any weight.
I'm ready to get back at it. I still have a lot of weight to lose and I don't want to feel bad about myself anymore. I'm going to start meal prepping again and actually cooking on my days off. I need to hold myself accountable for my actions instead of just feeling bad about it and moving on. My first goal is 250lbs, but I don't plan on stopping there.
So here it is. My official Day 1 post.
