Advice for dieting with food inversion issues.

The biggest issue that I am having is sticking to foods that would require me to eat often. I have food inversion issues and mine is being unable to eat the same foods for more than a few days to a couple weeks. For example, I want to eat fruits like apples and sandwiches. I will eat them with other foods, but after a few days my body will not let me eat them for an unknown amount of time. I have tried a couple weeks later to a month later and still be unable to eat them. My body is acting like I am eating nothing but these things when I am eating other foods as well. This is undermining my progress. I struggle to find other things to replace these items, so I go back to adding unhealthy foods to replace the ones my body refuses to accept.

Does anyone else suffer from this? What can I do about it?

Thanks.
