I’ve been losing motivation recently due to the seasons changing and wanted to remind everyone that the year is almost at a close.
Who do you want to be by January 1st 2021? What’s your goal by New Years? I challenge you to end this year strong and be the absolute best version of yourself.
Starting tomorrow, let’s promise ourselves 45 days of consistency. Let’s eat right, exercise, and pull through. I know 2020 has been kicking a lot of butts but remember that our circumstances don’t define us! Even if you’ve fallen off the wagon the last six months, take this as a sign to turn it all around.
