Hello losers,
Week one in the finish line. Damn, the passage of time is a real trip sometimes.
Weight by end of month (200 lbs, preferably trend weight): No weigh in this morning.
Stay within calorie range (maintain): Better today, still not fabulous. 1001 day streak on my fitness pal.
Exercise 5 days a week: Vigorous cleaning. 4/7 days.
Self-care journaling (once a week, 60 minutes): Getting after this one pretty well, including some lists. 1/1 week.
Nanowrimo 1666 words a day: 8800/50000 words. Will try after this post.
Try a new recipe once a week: Fried parsnips so far. Tasty but I'm not sure they were any better than the roasted ones I usually do. 1/1 weeks.
Express gratitude: Today I'm grateful for ghost stories in all their forms, especially media.
