I want to share how happy I am!

I've been trying to feel confortable with my body for a very long time, which lead me to do things that are bad and unsustainable, I'm 5'1 and the last time I weighted myself which was about 6 months ago I was 158 pounds, I got tired of that and recently I started to do around 45 minutes of exercise 4-5 times a week and to watch out how many calories I'm eating and I feel amazing, my mood has improved, I can do exercises that I couldn't before, I can see changes in my body, I get less and less exhausted by doing silly things and overall my quality of life is much much better. I'm hoping to keep going. I haven't weight myself yet, because I'm more focused on feeling good than the number, I know is important, but for now I don't think it would be a good thing for me in particular.
