3 year plateau

I went from 260 to 210 summer/fall of 2017. I've fluctuated between 210 and 220 since. I just realized yesterday that it's been 3 years, and I never got the rest of the weight off. It started out as a few months. I'm really ashamed of myself for never finishing. I definitely put in effort the past 3 years. I worked out, I watched my diet. But the pounds just never shed. I know it's my fault, and that's why I'm so disappointed in myself. This is no longer a plateau. This is just my lifestyle at this point. I'm incredibly hard on myself in all facets of life, so this is no different. I'm so insecure. I tried to eat at a deficit today but I wasted a bunch of calories on cake and I ended up eating at maintenance. I had such strong willpower 3 years ago. The area I live in has some of the most strict quarantine rules, and I just feel stuck, antsy, and fat. I have no discipline with at home workouts. I'm even slacking on my studies. I just have no discipline anymore.
