[Discussion] What do you do to keep yourself on track?

Obviously, there's calorie counting apps and fitness watches, but I'm wondering what other things you do to keep yourself on track?

I been just keeping a small little journal where I tally up my weekly calories consumed and burned (calculated via MFP and Fitbit). I've lost 35lbs using CICO, trying to eat cleaner, and through exercise.

As I'm looking at the last 4 months of the year, and my last 25lbs to lose, I made this fitness goal board to keep myself on track and to see my progress in the big picture.

Is there anything you do to keep your big picture goals and progress in mind? :)
