How have you managed your binge eating habits?

I’m Male, 18, 190 lbs. I used to be a healthy weight, but only because there was never any food in the house. Now, after moving back into my parents house due to covid, my family cooks or has a ton of food delivered almost every day, and since I grew up being hungry pretty often, I guess binge eating good food when it was available became a habit... how did you manage binge eating? I find it so hard to stop and listen to my body when I’m eating good food, I just feel like I lose any sense of control or drive to lose weight... and I love food so much, often times eating good food just feels like the best part of my day

TL;DR: I binge eat. If you used to binge eat, but have it under control now, how did you manage that?
