Finally making time for me

I have finally decided to make my health a priority! This year will be the big 30, and I had my first child last year. My entire life I have yo-yo'ed with my weight I am on the + side of 300 lbs atm; and have tried every fad diet out there. I come from a long lineage of obesity, with very unhealthy relationships to food.

I am an athsmatic, and went to art school. Let's just say, as a child I was never pushed to do much physical activity. I have decided as a new mom, I need to be the change for my son.

I want to document my journey to a healthier life. Not only to track progress, but to discuss bumps along the way, and I think putting myself in the public spotlight, will help encourage self accountability. In your oppinions, what is the best platform for this type of account? Instagram, Reddit, or a separate blog platform?

Any advice/suggestions are welcome. Thank you in advance!
