Emotional Eating and Getting Back on Track!

Hi everyone! This is my first time posting here so I don’t really know if I’m doing it right. Also I’m on mobile so sorry about formatting. I’m currently 16 H: 5’6” SW: 198. CW: 185. GW: 130.

I was just wondering if anybody had any advice on how to get of an emotional eating cycle? I’ve looked on a few other posts but never really got any answers.

During quarantine, I’ve slowly stopped following my plan and started to gain back some of the weight I’d lost. Normally I would just make sure to workout the next day but recently I haven’t been feeling motivated to work out. I used to go to Barry’s Bootcamp 3x a week (HIIT workout classes) and loved them but I haven’t been able to find another workout that I like/ want to do anymore at home. I like the environment there and instructors who will call you out to try harder.

Recently, I’ve been stuck in this cycle of weighing myself/ thinking about my body, getting sad with myself, and then eating because I’m sad. I’ve tried multiple other methods to intuitively eat (intermittent fasting, calorie counting, and weight watchers) but I just can’t seem to do. I’m just wondering if this is a problem with my willpower and if there are any tips to breaking this cycle and losing weight again?

Thanks so much!
