You Know You’re Overweight When...

Last year, I gained a staggering 50 pounds due to a multitude of reasons that aren’t important right now. Basically, I went from being 5”2 and 117 pounds to 170 pounds. It was a huge change, mentally and physically! There were a lot of things that I experienced as someone on the cusp of being obese that I didn’t expect- people don’t really talk about them! When I have trouble motivating myself, I think of these small inconveniences in my head. For example- no one ever told me that crossing my legs while sitting at a desk would be so uncomfortable! I couldn’t do it!

Would love to hear everyone else’s- just small things about being overweight that you are not going to miss!
