Stuck in a plateau, what do I do?

I'm feeling so discouraged. I've been doing cico for a few months now and have been steadily losing a pound or two a week. But since the start of May I've lost nothing. What could be the reason?

What I eat or how much I eat hasn't changed. I track my calories accurately and weight absolutely everything. I eat around 1250 calories daily. Not completely healthy but I make sure to get enough protein and recently started increasing it.

I even started going on long walks recently but just every few days. I thought that would give me a bigger deficit and I'd lose faster but it has the opposite effect. I'm also not eating back any calories burned.

How do I move on from this? I have so much more to lose and it's been half a month of being in a plateau. Any advice would be appreciated.
