Hello all! I was just wondering this there are other out there who feel as I do? I am 5'6", 285 and have no reservations about my size: I am very short, and very big.
The issue is, I have no trouble with my cardio, weight lifting, or stamina. I ride about 150 miles a month in my mountain bike (all dirt and very rarely on concrete), do various kickboxing workouts and put in 10k steps regularly. I know the old adage "get cut in the kitchen", but it seems no matter what fad diet or eating plan I'm on I can't seem to drop weight.
My friends call me fat, but fit and was wondering if anyone else shares this dilemma. Like I said, I know I'm big, but it seems like when it comes to being active, I'm doing pretty damn good. Hope everyone is keeping their head up and staying as positive as possible during this time.
