I am now in the 150s and my waist is less than 30"... literally overjoyed. My tummy actually felt "flat-ish" this morning. I have never ever felt that way! This is so motivating and I want to share what's helped me. I not only feel thinner but I have a lot of energy and feel healthy.
Details: I do Intermittent Fasting 16:8 starting around 11am til 7pm. I was already vegan but I cut out all the sugar and processed junk (anything addictive/anything I couldn't control myself around) and I started eating a lot more fruits and veggies. I have a huge salad every day for lunch made from kale and cabbage and either tofu or lentils. Sometimes I add more mixed veggies. I use Almond Butter and Turmeric dressing from Trader Joe's which is incredibly delicious and oil-free (highly recommend if you have access to TJ's!). I have intentionally added 2-3 servings of fruit too and it really cuts my cravings for any processed sweets (I was a pastry junkie). For bread I only eat Ezekiel sprouted bread which is actually really good when you get used to it! If I want a sweet, I put TJ's Chocolate Hummus (I know it sounds gross but it's yummy and chocolatey and only 50cal a serving) on Ezekiel bread or have it with an apple. I haven't been exercising much at all.
