Being Brutally Honest With Myself To Kick My Own A$$ Into Losing Weight

So to start let’s find out who I really am. I’m a 62yo female 5’2” and 220lbs. I’ve been overweight my whole life and continue to have really low self esteem regarding my weight. Over the years I’ve tried tons of diets and always manage to lose weight but then find it again along with some other random pounds I decide to give a new home. This time around I’ve decided to lay out all of issues related to weight and see if I can look to people on this group to help inspire, motivate, and teach me ways to successfully lose and keep off my extra weight. All while you know what my issues are. First thing I’m doing is trying to be honest about who I am. I’ve got plenty of weight related health issues (chronic lower back pain, high cholesterol and high blood pressure, diabetes-all issues managed with medications). Work full time at a desk job with very little activity at work. I’m not a morning person so I get up an hour before I arrive at work. Don’t eat breakfast just coffee with lots of half/half and sugar about 6 am. Usually nothing else till lunch. Lunch is at 11:30 and I usually eat out get an hour for lunch (lg sub, or chipotle bowl, or 2 pieces pizza or a dozen small chicken wings and always a large coke) then usually eat nothing till I get home. Throughout day I may also drink water and/or diet Lipton ice tea. Once home I’ll usually grab a can of Coke and lay down cause my back hurts. Then make dinner and eat around 6-7. Generally make some meat (lg steak or chicken or pork, allergies to seafood so never any of that) or some type of pasta dish. If I’m having meat I’ll usually make one vegetable but don’t eat many veggies. And of course I’ll have 1or2 cans of Coke. At night I usually don’t snack but if I do it’s usually chips/cookies or ice cream/sherbet but that may be only one or 2 nights a week. Other than that I’ll be drinking water, diet ice tea or Coke. Only physical activity is when I’m doing things with grandchildren on a weekend but that’s sporadic. Basically I’m a huge couch potato and get little to no physical activity. I absolutely hate working out, about the only thing I’ll do is walk but the only time I’ll do that is after work. So that’s me old, fat, lazy knowing what I should do but lacking the motivation to start, stay the course, and change my unhealthy habits. What strategies, motivations can you suggest to help me?
