Hello losers,
Happy Monday!
Weight by end of month (200 lbs, preferably trend weight): 205 this morning.
Stay within calorie range (1500 ish): Maintenance day, take out fajitas in my future. 1/1 weeks weekly calorie average.
Exercise 5 days a week: 30 minute lunch walk & maybe something else tonight, we’ll see. 10/11 days.
Self-care time (journaling, working on love journals, beauty treatments, drawing 0/11 days): Chill evening with very little need for mental gymnastics.
Try a new recipe once a week: 15 bean soup with ham & sweet roasted chickpeas with nuts so far. 1/5 weeks.
50 pages of The Body Keeps the Score: Did some last night. 10/50 pages.
No fast food, candy from the work dish or Starbucks: Check. 11 day streak no fast food/Starbucks, 2 candy related lapses in judgement.
Listen to my effing body: Feeling pretty good. Nothing is sore & the energy level is cruising.
Be more mindful & express gratitude, avoid the hedonic treadmill: I’m grateful for mild spring weather & fajitas.
