How to lose weight healthily when you're not overweight?

Hey! I'm F, 21, in uni, 170cm, 140-145lbs. I've been trying to lose around 5 - 10lbs for quite a while now (I understand that this might be a good weight to be at, but I personally felt better at 130 - 135lbs), but can't seem to lose it. I've tried counting calories (I get too obsessed and decided it wasn't the best), and intermittent fasting. I run 2miles or so 3-4X a week, and do maybe 15min of home workouts and before COVID, and4 hours of yoga (usually hatha or yin) per week. I'm gluten free and mostly dairy free because of some food allergies. I'm probably doing something wrong, so any tips help! Thanks :)
