Struggling keeping routine

Hey r/loseit fam..

I need help in the ~can't hit the gym but snacking nonstop department~. I haven't been as active as I was before covid-19 came full force. I'm still having to work, so I walk around 6 miles doing that. But that's about all the excercise I'll get for the day. I'll eat my breakfast & lunch at work just fine, but the second I get home from work I just wanna snack on everything. Today, I consumed almost a whole container of Sabra roasted red pepper hummus w/ carrots. Then a couple hours later I was munching on Smartfood cheddar cheese popcorn. I'm embarrassed saying this out loud, but I just want some advice to help get me through this crazy, weird time. Besides the snacking, I've also gotten back into my old habit of sitting in front of the tv playing video games for hours. I'm sure I'm not the only one struggling to keep a routine during all this. If anyone has any advice or helpful tips, it would be much appreciated
