Help me out please!

Info: f:112, 5’4, age: 13

I am out of school for ~1 month due to COVID-19. I want to change myself for the better over this time, but I don’t know where to start. I know I am not medically overweight, but I still hate my body. I know an average teenager, insecurities, blah, blah, blah. I just want to look better. (no not because of insta models. I hate instagram anyway.) I was excited to be more active since I do track and the season was about to start. Now that’s ruined, and I’m not running around school all day so no activity. I realized I needed to improve when my mom was asking what I wanted from the store. I said the typical chips, frozen food, and other unhealthy things. She said that I was going to gain like 30lbs if I ate like crap. She’s right and I don’t know what to do. Advice please.
