I'll keep this brief. In 2017 I went ham on Weight Watchers, lost 70lbs and I felt fantastic and was starting to feel good about my body. Christmas 2017 rolls around and weight watchers decides to change the program. I hated the new bracelet and fell off, over the course of a year I gained all of it back + 15 lb. For reference, that means I am now 25 and 320 lbs. I hate my body, I hate how I feel. Everything is a struggle oh, I get winded very easily and have stomach problems all the time now (diarrhea. Frequently).
Eventually, earlier this year I found an app called itrackbites that allows me to use the old smart points program. The problem is, I no longer have the will to do it. I have tried more times than I can count since 2017 to get back on just some sort of healthy eating plan, and now I feel doomed to be a failure, per the statistics that say that those who diet eventually gain it back.
I love food, I hate dieting and I can barely bring myself to want to do this. Mid 2018, I started biking lots to try to go into the right direction. The season ended and I had managed to be able to bike up to 15 or 16 km and it felt amazing, but very tiring hand stressful on my body because I had hit 255 pounds by that point. Now I'm 320 and this summer I absolutely wanted nothing to do with that bicycle because it was too tiring she even walk long distances let alone run or bike like I had started doing.
I know the logical reason to get this going but I can't seem to motivate myself, can somebody help me please?
