Will I meet my deadline if I eat ~1000 calories a day?

Hello!

I've posted already yesterday (didn't get a response), but I thought I'd try again with my friend's account. Hope that's alright :)

There's a deadline I need to meet this December for work, I need to go down to 60kg at least or I'll lose my job. So I'm really doing whatever I can to not let that happen.

I'm 21/F/157cm and I currently weigh about 82.5kg. I was about 93kg last month, but I started to eat ~500 calories the entire month and work out for about 30 minutes (cardio) plus 10 minutes of HIIT everyday. I'm not sure if it was fat or muscle or water I lost last month, but my waist did get smaller and my family seems to see a difference. My stomach is still huge though, so are my legs, and arms. My neck is more noticeable now though, same as my collarbones and shoulders haha. That makes me happy at least.

I eat about 3 eggs (scrambled or boiled), drink this protein thing (this one), and fruits. Sometimes I change it to one cup of fried tofu instead of eggs. Now I'll be adding some more chicken maybe and whatever else I can add to reach 1000. I just don't wanna be losing just water and/or muscle.

But yeah, I'm now worried I'll lose muscle instead of fat (which is the priority because they'll also check that somehow), so if anyone could give me advice on how to meet this deadline and burn more fat/gain a bit more muscle I'd appreciate it so much. I understand it's an unhealthy amount to lose, but there's also an extension of January in case I don't meet it this December so idk maybe I'll just try to go for that.

I'm in a very difficult position in life so I can't afford to lose this job. I can keep this up as long as it's actually going to help me go down to 60kg. Please help me.

Thank you for taking the time to read this! :)
