to the people who are mentally weak, and have bad willpower, how did you lose it?

i'm that guy. i grew up eating processed foods, its what my mom bought, i've always been used to eating junky high calorie foods, instead of being taught how to properly eat healthy, clean, filling foods. so its what I do now, and im glued to it. i need that sugary sweet shit. i need pizza, i need ice cream. and when I get ahold of it I dont hold back, I eat as much of it as I can. i did a decent job the whole week of eating healthy, my calories stayed around 2000 consistently, until the other day I just went ham, eating a lot of shit. had a burger and fries, a LOT of high calorie sugary iced tea, and to top it off, 2 sandwiches with chicken fingers before bed, cause i just need that food for SOME FUCKING REASON. i dont get it. had probably 3500 calories that day and negated so much of the good stuff i did throughout the week.

i'm 21 years old, i'm at around 207 pounds right now. mainly because an antidepressant made me put on like 15 pounds. im trying to lose it and then some, because I was already chubby beforehand. I want to get down to 180, thats the ultimate goal, right now its 200, then 5 pound incremental goals after that. from what I've read it seems theres a connection between overeating and depression/anxiety as a coping mechanism. i have a bunch of them, they suck. and i'm still trying antidepressants. but I need advice, I need advice on how to stop the bullshit. I need to make myself better, I wanna be healthier, I wanna feel better physically, I wanna look better, but for some reason my brain just says "nah youd rather get some mouth pleasure" and I absolutely hate it about myself, advice?
