Work weight gain

I began working with my current company as a saleswoman 2 years ago today and not much else could change from then to now. 2 years ago, I was lacking in the money side of life, I had a boyfriend, I was in great shape and I loved to express myself in how I dressed. At my sales job, we do free lunches 3 days a week. Usually it is not too healthy. It's the same with my own meals... Especially breakfast. I have to be at work by 7:30 each day and I will typically stop by and get some donuts or McDonald's. I like soda too much as well and have a few 44oz sodas each day. I also don't get off work until 7 so I will usually get more takeout for dinner. My boyfriend began noticing my changed way of eating and began getting worried. He talked but it slid through my head with no register to me. I began gaining weight after a month or two into my new job and it got out of control quickly. In my first full year, I put on 35 pounds. Then, my second year, I blew up. I added 70 more pounds to the previous 35, bringing my grand total to 265 pounds today. I have stopped showing my body off with my clothes because I have so many stretch marks and I am so big in general. My boyfriend broke up with me as well. I want to get back to under 200 pounds in the next 2 years. Any advice on how to get back to a normal or more normal weight sooner rather than later. Thanks
